90-Day Reporting Guidelines

If you are going to stay in Thailand longer than 90 days, you must report your address every 90 days to immigration (TM47). If you change address you must provide immigration with a completed TM30 form along with supporting paperwork. This must include the house registration book and a map of where you are now living.

You must report within 15 days before, or 7 days after your 90-day reporting date, which will be on an attachment in your passport. The reporting can be done in person, by an agent.

The step-by-step process requires you to complete a TM47 form. This must be submitted along with your passport to your local immigration office.

Legal services Hua Hin is a preferred service provider for many people who want to have a hassle-free experience, when dealing with immigration. We assist with preparing, processing and extension all possible visas offered by the Thai immigration bureau.

For those of you who don’t want to visit immigration in person every 90-days, we can assist by presenting your passport and paperwork on your behalf, saving you time and hassle.

90-day reporting up-date.

UPDATE: The announcement by immigration on Monday 20th April regarding there is no need to report your 90 day notice to immigration until at least 31st July only applies to those on tourist visas.

WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY ABOUT OUR SERVICES

David was a great help in arranging my girlfriends visa for Australia, after we had 2 refusals using a Bangkok agent. The fees charged by Legal services were very reasonable and the staff were a great help.
I would recommended their services for any visa services.

We had a few meetings with David to discuss my Thai friend's UK visa rejection when he advised (without charge) the course of action that we should take. We subsequently were in a position to submit a new application and David and his secretary completed the documentation very efficiently. A UK visa has now been obtained thanks to the help and advice provided by David and his team. A great big thanks to all at Legal Services Hua Hin.

I've recently moved from Bangkok to Hua Hin and decided to seek advice with the process of renewing my 12 month residence visa. I made contact with David Martin and he explained the requirements very clearly, which was a great help to me.
I was then introduced to other members of his team and they guided me through the required paperwork and other necessary documentation.
A visit to the Immigration Office last week was the final step, and everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend Legal Services Hua Hin so if you're in need of any assistance of a legal nature, don't hesitate to contact them.
