90-Day Reporting Guidelines
If you are going to stay in Thailand longer than 90 days, you must report your address every 90 days to immigration (TM47). If you change address you must provide immigration with a completed TM30 form along with supporting paperwork. This must include the house registration book and a map of where you are now living.
You must report within 15 days before, or 7 days after your 90-day reporting date, which will be on an attachment in your passport. The reporting can be done in person, by an agent.
The step-by-step process requires you to complete a TM47 form. This must be submitted along with your passport to your local immigration office.

My company set-up, business visa and work permit were taken care by Mod. She did a great job considering the bureaucracy involved. Even with a few un-expected issues all my needs were delivered on time and on budget.

David was a great help in arranging my girlfriends visa for Australia, after we had 2 refusals using a Bangkok agent. The fees charged by Legal services were very reasonable and the staff were a great help.
I would recommended their services for any visa services.
We had a few meetings with David to discuss my Thai friend's UK visa rejection when he advised (without charge) the course of action that we should take. We subsequently were in a position to submit a new application and David and his secretary completed the documentation very efficiently. A UK visa has now been obtained thanks to the help and advice provided by David and his team. A great big thanks to all at Legal Services Hua Hin.

I was then introduced to other members of his team and they guided me through the required paperwork and other necessary documentation.

All visas are issued as single entry and can be changed to multiple-entry at any immigration office. In Thailand, all foreigners with a one year visa must report to immigration every 90 days to confirm their address. The location from where you can apply for your visa will depend on your nationality and the type of visa you wish to apply for.
