90-Day Reporting Guidelines

If you are going to stay in Thailand longer than 90 days, you must report your address every 90 days to immigration (TM47). If you change address you must provide immigration with a completed TM30 form along with supporting paperwork. This must include the house registration book and a map of where you are now living.

You must report within 15 days before, or 7 days after your 90-day reporting date, which will be on an attachment in your passport. The reporting can be done in person, by an agent.

The step-by-step process requires you to complete a TM47 form. This must be submitted along with your passport to your local immigration office.

Legal services Hua Hin is a preferred service provider for many people who want to have a hassle-free experience, when dealing with immigration. We assist with preparing, processing and extension all possible visas offered by the Thai immigration bureau.

For those of you who don’t want to visit immigration in person every 90-days, we can assist by presenting your passport and paperwork on your behalf, saving you time and hassle.
